The use of our services has been known to enhance vehicle performance. Increasing performance can abruptly reveal the "weakest link" in your equipment and may cause damage to it and to you. If you are unwilling to accept this risk, we can't help you. In other words, using our services as recommended may cause death or injury to you or property. Even if you put it together according to our instructions, it could blow up. You must assume this risk.

Once you have received equipment from us, it is out of our control. If it doesn't appear correct to you, don't use it. Please call us to discuss any such issues before use.

Read and heed any instructions delivered with your parts and equipment. Deviation from our recommendations and/or instructions in any way may result in irreparable damage to your equipment and to yourself. If you have any questions about the installation, preparation or use of the equipment we have serviced for you, please call and ask for clarification before use. If you put it together wrong, it could blow up.

If someone else wants to use your equipment that has been serviced by us, it's your job to make sure they use it correctly, not ours. Again, if you put it together wrong it could blow up.

Assembly is up to you and you are ultimately responsible for making the equipment work on your vehicle. By utilizing our services, you agree that we are not responsible for any damage, serious injury, or death that may ensue from whatever cause. You furthermore agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless for any and all damage that may occur as a result of your actions, our actions or actions of third parties.

We are specifically disclaiming any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of merchantability.
